We primarily sell vintage toys and therefore can not guarantee the condition of items. You are welcome to email us at contact@radicaltoys.net to ask questions before buying. We strive for full transparency and will do our best to highlight flaws in item descriptions, images and videos (where applicable). Items can not be returned for flaws mentioned in the description, pictures or videos. Failure to read descriptions or review images or videos does not constitute a justifiable reason for return. At checkout, you will be asked to acknowledge that you read the item description to learn about the condition.
Reasons for Return:
- Items Damaged in Shipping
- Items damaged in shipping may be returned. You must email us at contact@radicaltoys.net within 2 calendar days of the package being received (verified by tracking) and provide a description of the damage and pictures of the item, all damage, shipping box and damage to the shipping box. Pictures of shipping box must show shipping label. If in the United States or Canada, Radical Toys and Collectibles will provide return shipping label to buyer (outside of these areas, return shipping is at buyers expense). Item AND original shipping box must be returned as you received them so that we can file a claim to the shipping provider. These items must be placed in a different, undamaged, box for return shipping.
- Items can NOT be returned if email is not received by Radical Toys within the 2 calendar days specified above.
- Returning items must be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of paid return shipping label.
- Items Incorrectly Described
- We strive for accuracy and transparency in all of our listings. If an item purchased does not match the item description, images or videos provided by Radical Toys and Collectibles, we will provide a paid return shipping label and offer a full refund, including original shipping costs, upon receipt and inspection of returned item. Buyer must email us at contact@radicaltoys.net within 2 calendar days of the package being received (verified by tracking) and provide a description of the discrepancy.
- Items can NOT be returned if email is not received by Radical Toys within the 2 calendar days specified above.
- Returning items must be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of paid return shipping label.
- Other Returns
- Returns for other reasons are allowed within 7 calendar days of receipt (must be shipped out within the 7 days of verified delivery). Buyer must notify us by email at contact@radicaltoys.net within 2 calendar days of package being received (verified by tracking) with intention to return. Return shipping costs are at buyers expense and tracking number must be provided to Radical Toys and Collectibles by email when item is shipped. When Radical Toys and Collectibles receives the returned items, we will open to verify the items are in the same condition as when it was sent out, and a full refund will be processed. Refunds will only be processed to original payment method. We will refund original shipping costs (just not return shipping) if purchased in the United States or Canada only.
- If item is determined to be in a different condition then when we sent it out (sealed box opened, item broken, box damage, etc), a partial refund will be made in the amount of the value of the item in it's current condition.
- Example: If you buy a Carded Sealed Action Figure worth $100, and return it having been opened but with all accessories present, we will refund only the equivalent value of that action figure in loose complete condition. Radical Toys and Collectibles will contact you about any concerns before doing a partial refund.
- ABUSE: We reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders for anyone who we feel abuses our return policy. This decision is at our sole discretion.
